Alana Richer & Santé!
Santé! Eat To Live is the vision of Alana Richer. Alana graduated from the Chef training program at Toronto's George Brown College and apprenticed at the prestigious Splendido Restaurant, under the tutelage of Chef de Cuisine David Lee (Nota Bene).
Alana has worked with some of Toronto's finest restaurants and catering companies, as well as teaching at several cooking schools. She also spent a season working on a live cooking show at Food Network Canada.

In addition to her work with Santé! Eat To Live, Alana provides cllents of Sub-Zero and Wolf Appliances with personalized instruction on the use of the products. She also provides them with instruction on improving their cooking skills and on the development of healthy recipes. Alana and her colleague Peter Carruthers are also the event planners at the Thompson Landry Gallery in Toronto's Historic Distillery District.
